SiEnergy Systems is developing a thin film solid oxide fuel cell system for the remote power and distributed power generation markets in order to:

· reduce fuel cell cost
· allow fast start-up and load following capability
· reduce rare-earth and precious materials usage

The end result is a practical, economically affordable, and energy efficient system that is able to use convenient fuels and significantly reduce fossil fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
